Hannah Gordon is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and the founder of Next Door Counselling & Consultation and Next Door Dementia Support on the Mornington Peninsula.

With 18 years of experience in social work, including more than a decade working within a Cognition Clinic, Hannah is passionate about supporting adults, seniors and carers navigating life's challenges. Her work focuses on anxiety, grief, adjustment, burnout, cognitive change, dementia and the often-overlooked experience of ambiguous loss.

Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, Hannah believes that wellbeing takes a village. Through counselling, dementia support, education and advocacy, she helps individuals and families find clarity, connection and practical strategies during difficult seasons of life.
