Away from the therapy room

Outside of work, you'll often find me exploring walking trails, roaming through nature, planning spontaneous adventures, or chasing a sunrise or sunset somewhere beautiful. I share life with my much-loved pug and cavoodle, and when I'm not outdoors, I'm usually dreaming about my next travel destination or working towards my goal of completing a full marathon one day!
